- Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, CloudWeave Living LLC only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or freight forwarding services.
How long will it take to receive my bedding?
Processing Time: Orders typically process within 1-3 business days.
Shipping: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7business days. If you need your bedding delivered faster, you can select the expedited shipping option at checkout!
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Tracking information updates may take 24-48 hours.
- Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
To ensure our customers enjoy the highest hygiene standards, all items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns due to changes of mind, color preference, or incorrect size selection.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We are confident in the quality of our products! If your product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, please email hanahthomas@cloudweaveliving.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide your order number and photos of the problem, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the processing stage. Once an order begins processing or is shipped, it is considered a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I care for my CloudWeave bedding?
To extend the life of your bedding, we recommend a gentle machine wash in cold water with other clothes of the same color. Tumble dry on low. See the label on each product for specific care instructions.
The color may look slightly different from the photo. Why?
We strive for accurate color reproduction, but please note that factors such as screen settings, brightness, and lighting can affect how colors appear on your device. Since all items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, we recommend viewing product images on multiple screens if you are unsure.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and secure payment methods such as debit cards.
