  1. Final Sale Policy
    All items on this website are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns or refunds due to “change of mind,” personal preference (such as color or texture), or incorrect size selection.

Please carefully check your mattress size and color selection before completing your purchase.

  1. Returns (for Defective or Damaged Items)
    The only exception to our “final sale” policy is for items with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.

Reporting Deadline: You must report any defects or damage within 7 days of the delivery date.

Item Condition: For returns due to defects, the item must be unwashed, unused, and in its original condition as received, with all original labels and packaging intact.

Required Evidence: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage, along with your order number.

Attach clear photos showing the specific defect or damage to the packaging/product.

Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days.

  1. Refunds and Exchanges

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

Replacement: We will replace your item with the same product free of charge, subject to stock availability.

Refund: If the item is out of stock or cannot be replaced, we will issue a full refund to your original payment account. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

If we require you to return the defective product, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Please note that we only accept shipments and returns within the United States. We do not accept returns or claims from any international locations.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

Items that have been washed, used, or whose original sanitary seal has been removed.

Accidental damage caused by the customer (e.g., tearing fabric when opening the package with a sharp object).
