    Product Display: We strive to accurately depict the colors and textures of our bedding. However, we cannot guarantee that any colors displayed on your computer monitor will be perfectly accurate.

Pricing: All prices are denominated in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue the sale of products at any time without notice.

  1. Shipping and Geographic Restrictions
    US Only: CloudWeave Living LLC only provides shipping within the United States. We do not accept international orders.

Risk of Loss: All goods purchased from us are delivered under a shipping contract. This means that once we deliver the goods to the carrier, the risk of loss and ownership of the goods transfers to you.

  1. Returns and Refunds Policy (Final Sale)
    Since bedding (including sheets, comforters, and pillows) is considered personal hygiene product, our return policy is as follows:

Final Sale: All sales are final sales. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to reasons such as “change of mind,” incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Defective or Damaged Products: The only exception to our “final sale” policy is if the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit.

Claims Process: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt (email: hanahthomas@cloudweaveliving.com) and provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect as evidence. After verification, we will decide whether to replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.

    You agree to provide up-to-date, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.
